Come ogni anno sono state annunciate le nomination dei tradizionali Razzie Awards, i premi assegnati dalla The Golden Raspberry Award Foundation ai peggiori film dell’anno scorso. Cats e Rambo: Last Blood dominano le nomination.
I Razzie Awards 2020 sono stati finalmente annunciati. Si tratta dei “riconoscimenti” assegnati dalla The Golden Raspberry Award Foundation ai peggiori film dell’anno scorso. Con un po’ di ritardo rispetto agli anni scorsi, le nomination sono state annunciate il giorno prima della attesa notte degli Oscar (che si svolgerà domani). Il ritardo è stato dovuto proprio alla nuova data della cerimonia degli Oscar, che quest’anno si svolgerà prima del solito.
Razzie Awards, dominano Cats e Rambo
A dominare le candidature tre film: Cats, Rambo: Last Blood e A Madea Family Funeral, con 8 nomination ciascuno. Tra gli altri film annunciati compaiono anche il nuovo Hellboy, Zeroville con James Franco e The Fanatic con John Travolta. Anche ai Razzie 2020 è presente la categoria che premia gli attori che si sono riscattati da una carriera non particolarmente brillante, nella quale sono nominati Adam Sandler (per Diamanti Grezzi), Eddie Murphy (per Dolemite is my Name), Keanu Reeves (per Toy Story 4 e John Wick 3), Jennifer Lopez (per Hustlers) e Will Smith (per Aladdin).
